Florida 2026 |

| Our Florida vacation took place during a time of severe drought. Water levels were low. A wet walk through the Everglades was actually through dry forest. We barely had enough water under the keel of our kayaks on the Turner River. We also did bicycling through the Shark Valley, hiking on the Gator Hook and Christian Point trails, and boat tours through mangroves. We visited the Homosassa State Park and did snorkeling and SUP in the Biscayne National Park. We visited Orlando, Naples and Miami. The Kennedy Space Center and the Black Point Wildlife Drive were highlights at the end of our vacation. |
